The challenge is meant to improve all areas of learning a language， like grammar， reading， writing， and listening。 Some ideas I‘ve been using myself and others I found from other people。
學(xué)習(xí)一門(mén)語(yǔ)言，最具挑戰(zhàn)的一點(diǎn)事如何從多方面（聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)）來(lái)同步學(xué)習(xí)，以下的觀點(diǎn)，部分給基于自己的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，還有一些是從他人身上學(xué)習(xí)到的。

Focusing on setting goals：
專(zhuān)注制定學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)：
Vocabulary：
詞匯：
Create a limit of how many words you want to learn in a day/week/month/these 3 months
量化三個(gè)月你所要學(xué)會(huì)的詞匯，細(xì)化到天/周/月
Log how much you learned each day/week/month
記錄每天/周/月你學(xué)了哪些詞匯
Create a list of all the words so you can quiz yourself at the end of each day/week/month/these 3 months
羅列所有學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的詞匯，每天/周/月末定期給自己測(cè)試掌握情況
Grammar：
語(yǔ)法：
Try to read something new each day
每天嘗試讀一些新文章
It can be English on Facebook， in the news， posts on SNS
素材可以是Facebook，國(guó)際新聞或者SNS的帖子的英文內(nèi)容
Do you understand all the grammar？ If not， write it down。
語(yǔ)法你都懂了嗎？如果沒(méi)有，請(qǐng)記下來(lái)
Try to make a log of how much grammar you know and want to know。
嘗試寫(xiě)下所有你已經(jīng)知道的或你想要學(xué)習(xí)的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)
Use the grammar you know in future sentences/journals/while speaking。
將你知道的語(yǔ)法運(yùn)用到以后的句子/日志/或口語(yǔ)中
Listening：
聽(tīng)力：
Try to listen to an entire show/movie/song without subtitles。
多去聽(tīng)完看完那些不帶字幕的演出、電視劇和歌曲
How much did you know？ After that put on the subtitles and figure out what you missed。
你知道多少？加上字母后，對(duì)比一下，看自己漏讀了哪些信息
Set goals for how long/much you want to listen in a day/week/month/these 3 months。
量化三個(gè)月內(nèi)所要聽(tīng)的內(nèi)容以及時(shí)間，細(xì)化到天/周/月
Set a goal to watch/listen to a certain amount of shows/movies/songs。
量化你所要計(jì)劃聽(tīng)的外文演出、電視劇和歌曲
Speaking：
口語(yǔ)
How well do you speak？
你能說(shuō)多好？
Try to speak for at least 1 hour in your target language。
每天花一個(gè)小時(shí)講英語(yǔ)
Can you already do that？
你已經(jīng)能做到這個(gè)了嗎？
Then increase the hour。 Maybe 2 maybe 5。 Maybe a whole day。
接著增加練習(xí)時(shí)間?？梢允?小時(shí)或者5小時(shí)。甚至可以是一整天。
You can make a video of yourself speaking about a topic。 At the end of the three months you can watch it again and judge yourself。
用英語(yǔ)論述一個(gè)話題，并用錄音機(jī)錄制下來(lái)。三個(gè)月后你再聽(tīng)聽(tīng)當(dāng)時(shí)自己的錄音，并分析不足。
